New Member Alert: The Sherwood Cobbler

The Sherwood Cobbler was originally opened in 1934, where the Robin Hood pub on Mansfield Road is today.

After suffering injury in WW2, The Sherwood Cobbler relocated to Haydn Road, where they still are to this day.

From these small beginnings, a small business began to flourish.

Since then the building in which they are located today, has been re-developed. They, as new owners in 2011,

began a slow redevelopment of the shop, bringing it more up to date & into the 21st century,

but keeping the traditional feel to "the Cobblers".

They are now the proud member of "The Guild Of Master Craftsmen," the only cobblers in the midlands

with this accreditation, to add piece of mind to the service & services we provide.

With over 30 years experience within the trade & variety of offerings to choose from, we are sure you'll be happy working with them.
